Our property ventures include investments in single-let dwellings, residential refurbishment projects, new-build homes and commercial conversions. Mainly focused in and around the coastal towns of West Sussex, we look to add-value to existing housing stock, out-of-favour commercial spaces or under-utilised brownfield sites.

Current Project - Linden Park
C M Woods Body Repair Shop, Linden Park, Littlehampton
We acquired this unused site in Littlehampton in late 2015 with the aim of obtaining full planning permission for residential use. It sits on the edge of an industrial site next to playing fields and opposite terraced housing. The site is within easy walking distance to the main-line railway station, town centre, the river and beaches.
Outline planning permission for 9 flats had previously been granted (but lapsed) so we were fairly confident that this could be renewed but adapted to meet the current national minimal internal and amenity space requirements.

The revised planning application for 10 flats was submitted in August 2016 and planning permission was granted in November 2016. Site investigation work (including core sampling, land contamination testing, winter groundwater monitoring, acoustic testing) was undertaken during 2017 to satisfy planning conditions and to aid the drafting of building regulation and structural engineers' drawings.

The site was demolished and ground works started in 2018 with the new flats fully completed in early 2020.
